The Daily Mail reports that a woman was arrested over allegedly sexually abusing a one-year-old child she was babysitting and sending videos of the abuse to her boyfriend serving in Afghanistan.

Inez Carmaneesh Mon Lambert, 24, from Portland, Oregon, is charged with seven counts each of serious sexual assault, first-degree sex abuse and using a child in the display of sexually-explicit conduct.

The day-care provider, who works at an LA Fitness, was arrested this morning.

Her boyfriend, Corey H. McAdoo, 31, was arrested by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service in Afghanistan where he is serving with the U.S. Marine Corps.

He will be flown back to the U.S. later this month to face charges of possession of child pornography.

An affidavit filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court claims that a friend of Lambert reported the abuse after discovering emails she had left while borrowing her laptop.

It claims the emails contained videos of the sexual abuse.

USA Today reports that Rep. Dennis Kucinich has filed a lawsuit over a sandwich he bought at a congressional cafeteria.

He's seeking $150,000 in damages, the court filing says.

A man answering the phone at the Cleveland law office for Andrew Young, Kucinich's attorney, said "no comment" to USA TODAY when telephoned earlier today.

Kucinich, a liberal who sought the Democratic presidential nomination in 2008, is suing Restaurant Associates, which operates the cafeteria at the Longworth House Office Building, its parent company and two food suppliers.

In the lawsuit, Kucinich alleges that the defendants served him food "that was unwholesome and unfit for human consumption" because it "contained dangerous substances" -- an olive pit.
