…I’m sure it must be an oversight not to mention it. Aside from the tattoos, breath reeking of weed, blue and green hair, sleeping bag lint on their clothes, lack of a job, hatred of other’s success in life, and trouble making a coherent sentence, they’re as White as the Tea Party.

Obama other kids: Occupy Wall Street Protestors
If you want to know what American would look like if President Obama had the power to snap his fingers and change the country into his vision of what America oughtta be, look no further than the Occupy Wall Street Protestors.
These young people are his spiritual children. They hate corporations, capitalism, big oil, and prefer everyone live under Socialism. They’re collectivism incarnate where everyone lives the same life where all needs are provided for by mother government after she take the money away from the rich.
It’s a world of no worries or fears, just gray and drab existence because equal is good and exceptionalism is frowned upon. This is Obama’s dreary world!

MSNBC doesn’t inform, they propagandize for Obama and the Democrats

If you’re young like High School age or just entering college, new to politics, part of the reason for the existence for this blog is to teach others what is true and what misinformation is.
Pretty simple.
I try to do it in a humorous way, other times I may be sarcastic or just angry depending on my mood. They key here is that for most of your life you’ve been fed the false notion that Liberalism is a good thing when it really isn’t.
In fact, look at what they call themselves “Progressives” instead of Liberals. Ever wonder why? Because they love to play around with words so they can manipulate thoughts. When you can change thinking on an issue, then it’s easier to affect emotions in a particular direction.
“We’re not homosexuals, we’re Gay.”
If you can find a dictionary printed before 1970 the word “Gay” used to mean happy or very elated. But, that’s been forever co-opted by Liberals and that’s how they operate.
If you can understand that, then it’s not difficult to decipher what Liberals really are saying whenever they speak. It may sound like English, but once you can recognize the “buzz words” they use, you’ll see past the surface and delve into the true intent of what they’re trying to accomplish.
MSNBC is a good place to learn your new language because there’s no bigger propaganda machine for Democrats. Try it, its fun.

Beware of a Trojan Horse named Chris Christie

Here we go again!
Every time Republicans try to select a conservative candidate for president the same old argument crops up thanks to the “squishy moderate class” that controls the party.
Chris Christie is one of them. He’s a moderate conservative that does the GOP no favors when possibly matched up against Barack Obama who can easily make the claim, “I’m just as moderate as Christie. He believes in global warming and a pathway to citizenship for illegals too.” And that’s the very reason why Christie would be a horrific choice if he were to get the GOP nod. It would be John McCain 2.0 all over again.
Reagan said it best when he said the GOP has to offer the American people “bold colors” and not pale pastels. Christie despite his tough talk and in-your-face attitude is another Gerald Ford/Nelson Rockefeller Republican that would tinker around the edges of big government-cutting here and there, but expanding in other places using the language of the Left to convince people he’s a new kind of Republican.
When will these Moderates (aka RINOS) ever learn that moderation is no virtue? In fact, it’s a losing proposition.

Randy Phillips, the Gay soldier was wrong for putting a highly personal family moment on You Tube-Saying he was Gay to his Mom

A 21 year old Gay soldier by the name of Randy Phillips had the nerve to throw his mother under the bus by videotaping his mother’s reaction to his admitting he’s Gay and putting it on You Tube.
What was the purpose of that? And why do people feel it’s appropriate to broadcast a very personal family matter on You Tube? I won’t even put the video up because I feel like I’m intruding on a very heavy family moment. Not everything that goes on within a family has to be broadcast to the world in attempt to get some sort of public validatio0n.
Bad enough his mother is deeply disappointed he’s Gay, and very good reason. But, it’s unseemly he wants others to watch.
Randy, you owe your Mom a series apology for doing that to her. You messed up, buddy!

Jose Reyes wins batting title amidst controversy

For the first time in New York Mets franchise history, a Mets player has won a batting title.
Shortstop Jose Reyes finished the season with a .337 batting average.
However, Reyes may have tainted his accomplishment a bit after requesting to leave the game in the first inning after he laid down a bunt single. Many fans were left with a bitter taste in their mouths wanting Reyes to fully compete for the batting title.
That left it up for Milwaukee Brewers LF Ryan Braun to get 3 hits in no more than 4 at bats to surpass Reyes. However, at the writing of this post in the 6th inning in the last game for the season against the Pittsburg Pirates, Braun was 0-3 with his team winning 7-2.
So Reyes wins the batting crown! But, he still should’ve played the whole game and not back into a batting crown.

What happened to the island of Poth?
This is a story I wrote over a year ago about the dangers of Socialism. Read it to your friends.
One day on the island of Poth, a stranger washed up ashore. He said he came from an island named Toll, but he left it for a better life.
“Everybody says that Poth is the land of opportunity,” the stranger said, “I want some for myself and there are plenty of others like me that want to come here.”
The Pothians in government said, “Sure come one come all.”
So they came.
First one, then two, then six and more.
But, the wisest and oldest citizen of Poth said this warning, “Let then come, sure. But, these new people have to learn the ways of being Pothian. They have to learn our language, our beliefs, and our customs. These are the very things that has made Poth what she is. This is what has made us exceptional. If we lose that, then Poth dies from within. Our destruction comes without war!”
But younger Pothians in government called the old man foolish and his thinking out-dated, and even bigoted.
So the Tollites continued to come to Poth.
They kept their language and their customs and told Pothians that their ways were offensive to them.
“We thought Pothians were not bigoted. That’s has always been your reputation. Has this been a lie all along?”
And the Pothians not wanting to be labeled bigots gave in.
In time Poth changed.
It became a place of strife and entitlement because other groups came with their own language, customs, demands and no one wanted to live as Pothian.
And as time went by no one remembered the old ways of Poth that made her the envy of the world.
Then a man was fishing in the ocean and saw a stranger bobbing in the water. He pulled him into his boat.
“Thank you so much!” the stranger said, “I thought I would drown for sure.”
“Where are you from?” asked the fisherman.
“I an from Poth and I seek a better life. Take me to your island.”
Then man picked up the stranger from Poth and threw him back into the water.

GOP establishment behind Christie push. He’s the new John McCain

The same group of Washington infected GOPers that wanted John McCain as the Republican standard bearer in 2008 because he was “less conservative” are the same culprits begging, pleading, crying for New Jersey Gov Chris Christie to run for president.
These are the poll testing Republicans or otherwise known as “the bluebloods” who have a distaste for true conservatives. They mistakenly believe that true conservatives candidates scare away Independent voters in the general election.
Rick Perry, Herman Cain, Michele Bachma, and Rick Santorum are too conservative for these people and Chris Christie is exactly the kind of Democrat-lite candidate they like.
One problem though. These wishy washy Republicans always loose.

African Americans must believe the lie that the Tea Party is racists to…
…avoid the psychological pain of admitting they’ve been sold a bill of goods from the Democrat Party for years.
It’s akin to the battered wife syndrome in which a woman would endure beatings for years and still stays with her husband after he apologizes and says he will never do it again. People on the outside looking in can’t fathom how she can ever stand it for so long and thinks she must be a fool. Is this really different from African American Americans supporting the Democrat Party for over 50 years and yet the problems in their neighborhoods of failing schools (which Democrats control) and high unemployment rates remain the same or are getting worse?
“I’m sorry you can’t find a job and your son’s school sucks. But, I got you back. And you know the Tea Party is racists. But, I love you.”
That’s how it goes.

Herman Cain fires back on Morgan Freeman for calling Tea Party racists. Freeman fulfills role as overseer

Morgan Freeman is fulfilling the role delegated to the likes of Al Sharpon, Maxine Waters and other African American politicians who routinely refer to conservatives and Republicans as racists solely to remind the base who their friends are.
It’s a big of Democrat bait and switch to ensure blacks continue to vote Democrat.
But, the strategy is losing steam because more and more African Americans are realizing they’ve been duped for the past 50 years by Democrat false promises.
New York Daily News
The Republican presidential candidate called the Oscar-winning actor’s eyebrow-raising remarks “short-sighted” on Friday. "Most of the people that are criticizing the Tea Partiers about having a racist element, they have never been to a Tea Party," Cain told Fox News.
Freeman, who endorsed Obama in 2007, created a firestorm when he told CNN’s Piers Morgan earlier this week that conservative opposition to the President has enflamed racism in America. He added the Tea Partiers have the mentality of "Screw the country, we're going to do whatever we can to get this black man out of here…It is a racist thing."
Despite the criticism, Cain said he wasn’t offended by Freeman’s comments. "Name calling is something that is going to continue in this because they don’t know how to stop this movement and this movement is making a big difference in politics," said Cain

In Harlem New York the NAACP joined forces with the Teachers’ union to stop the creation of bettering performing Charter schools. That’s right, the organization that’s supposed to be dedicated to the advancement of Blacks was fighting to keep them in the same failing schools controlled by Democrats.
It was a splash of cold water to the faces of Harlem mothers who only wanted a better education for their kids. But, the reality is the Democrat Party cares more about collecting union dues from teachers in crumbling schools. And in the process the children of African American are under educated and that makes them less informed the way Democrats want them.

Media whitewash continues as Shane Bauer and Josh Fattal are called Hikers instead of Hostages.

Story here
The Left loves to change the meaning of words to suit a desired political agenda. The word “gay” used to mean happy. When the character of Maria in the 1957 musical West Side Story sang, “I feel pretty, of so pretty. I feel pretty and witty and gay, “she wasn’t declaring lesbianism. Gay has been forever been co-opted to mean something different from its original meaning.
Similarly when two Americans are captured by the Iranian government and kept in prison for over 2 years against their will, the Left cannot call them what they truly are-hostages. In order to serve a political agenda to take the heat off the current Democrat administration who already enough domestic troubles on its plate, they’re just a couple of hikers who made a wrong turn in the desert.
Also, the million dollars paid to get these two misguided youngsters freed from prison is not really “ransom”, it’s called bail.
So the next time Iran snatches up some Americans, throws them in prison on false charges, but it’s a Republican sitting in the White House. Does the word “hostages” make a comeback to suit a new political agenda?

Why the media has to say Herman Cain can never be a viable candidate

The mainstream media is quick to dismiss Herman Cain’s upset win in Florida as a fluke. A few minutes ago the host of Meet the Press, David Gregory called Cain bid for the GOP nod as “not viable”.
Why?
The answer is Liberals have a deep hatred of black conservatives because it totally destroys the template they’ve carefully crafted for communities of color going back to the days of Barry Goldwater.
The last thing the Democrat Party wants is for African Americans to become more like Herman Cain. If one is born Black or Latino the choice of political party is culturally, socially, and most important psychologically etched in stone without any regard for the individual person’s feelings.
Where is the freedom?
The answer is it doesn’t exist for African Americans and other peoples of color because the “plantation mentality” is nurtured and reinforced every time a famous Liberal says the Tea Party can go to hell or that they’re a bunch racists. That’s why Herman Cain in the African American community is thought of as “Uncle Tom”. Whips are no longer needed to keep Blacks thinking the way Liberals want them to think.
The media is an important propaganda tool for Liberals.
It’s no accident that MSNBC gave Al Sharpton his own show.
It’s no accident that African Americans are stigmatized by others within the community for watching Fox News.
And it’s also no accident that Herman Cain can never be a viable candidate for president.
This country was built on the notion of freedom for all. But, not all were free, and a war was fought to settle the issue. Over 146 years later we unfortunately still have mental collectivism that the media wants to guarantee stays strong. That collectivism is more important than Herman Cain and freedom is damned in the process.

Perry still falling short in debates

For as much as it may pain me to admit, Texas Gov Rick Perry is still fumbling in these debates. This is the 3rd time I’ve seen him and he still has a problem with delivering his lines without pausing as he speaks as if he’s trying to find the right words to say. What’s hurts Perry is up against Romney, whose really fluent in answering questions makes Perry look even more fumbling. He just doesn’t look as prepared.
There’s a lot more to running for president than just the debates. However, for people who don’t follow politics as closely, millions of people will make their decision for president on those 3 presidential debates before the election.
Perry has plenty of time to improve. But, if he had to debate Barack Obama next week, forget it. Obama would kill him stylistically. Perry has to improve otherwise Obama will eat his lunch.

The man can dance? Chaz FreaKSHOW Bono impresses at DWTS

That’s right I said freak show because that’s what Chastity Bone, who was born a woman has made hers self. And a society that sympathizes with these people who think they were born the wrong sex are guilty of being enablers to one of the most horrific assaults on God’s handiwork one can commit.
If your offended by these words, too bad, because it’s the truth. God doesn’t make mistakes!

The Daily Mail
He has been shrouded in controversy ever since being announced as a contestant on Dancing With The Stars.
But Cher's transsexual son overcame all the contention to come up as one of the top contenders on last night's much talked about premiere of Dancing Of The Stars.
The 42-year-old wowed the judges with his moves, which were rumored to have been uneasy during the last few weeks of rehearsals. The judges as much as the crowd were waiting in anticipation for Chaz's arrival on the dance floor. And of course ABC strung it out by putting the pair's performance at the very end of the show.
But the crowd clearly thought it was worth the wait.

For young political bloggers Memeorandum is a must
If you want to venture on the political blog scene whether you’re a bleeding heart liberal likr Think Progress or right wing conservative Left Coast Rebel, Memeorandum is a great place to start. It’s the best place to find topics to munch on by the top bloggers in the country. If wonder, “What the heck am I gonna blog about today?” Memeorandum is where you start.
But, you’ll have to work hard to get listed on Memeoradum but when it happens your blog enters a new level because the really big cheeses like Rush Limbaugh and Glen Reynolds check Meme daily for what’s hot in political news. The Last Tradition has been listed on Memeorandum a few times and from what I’m told, I’m only the second blogger of color ever listed along with Another Black Conservative. The Obama Conundrum

Rush Limbaugh famously said shortly after Barack Obama was elected president, “I hope he fails!”
Nearly 3 years later, Barack Hussein Obama’s approval rating stands at 38% and sinking fast. However, the reason he’s become so unpopular with the American people is because Obama and the Democrats were successful in passing their agenda when they controlled both houses of Congress.
They successfully took over the American car industry.
They successfully took over the college loans industry.
They successfully passed a trillion dollar stimulus bill and gave the money to their union friends and “green” start up business like Solyndra. (See the bankruptcy list for the latest info)
But, the biggest achievement of them all was the taking over 1/6th of the American economy with the passage of ObamaCare that’s a stepping stone to socialized healthcare for the first time in American history. This is a record of legislative success any way you slice it. Obama was a winner, he didn’t fail.
So why is Obama so unpopular if he was able to do everything he wanted? He’s unpopular because the United States is and always will be a center-right country and his policies are an anathema to the American people.
Further, Democrats are running away from Obama like rats on a sinking ship. So in the end, Rush didn’t get what he wanted. Obama didn’t fail and it’s killing his presidency as a result.

An informed public vs an emotionally shaped public: How Liberals make their money

Democracy works best when the citizenry is informed on the issues. However, Democrats/Liberals/Progressives thrive on the ignorance of the public in order to emotionally shape public opinion on issues.
For instance take an issue like Social Security and see the difference between Republicans and Democrats:
Republican candidate: “Social Security is in big trouble and if we don’t make changes, it won’t be there when you kids reach retirement age.”
Democrat candidate: “The Tea Party wants to take away your Social Security by privatizing it so rich Wall Street fat cats can make more money and pay no taxes.
The Republican candidate laid out how Social Security needs to be adjusted so that younger workers, who are currently paying into a system, doesn’t collapse before they retire. However, the Democrat candidate only tries to scare the voters and simultaneously leaving the false perception that the status quo is fine with them. The only way Democrats are successful is if the public doesn’t know the issue for themselves.
If you wanna be informed, keep visiting this blog and my friends on my Blog list and learn how to decipher the tricks Democrats play.

Perry needs to tighten his debate game

After seeing Texas Gov Rick Perry perform in two debates, I suggest that he needs to return fire with fire. As the frontrunner for the GOP nod, the long knives are definitely out.
As such, he needs to strike back at Michele Bachmann’s tendency of making misstatements. It doesn’t have to be done in a mean way, but she needs to be put on the defensive. Romney is a much easier hit for his “global warming” friendly attitude and his flip flops of the past.
I don’t know who’s advising Perry but he may think of getting somebody else more experienced in running a national campaign. There’s plenty of time left in this thing. Perry just needs to step up his game.

Where are the protective barriers around the WTC memorial waterfalls/pools to prevent somebody from jumping in and commit suicide?

I’m sorry to be a sour puss here, but from what I’ve seen, it doesn’t like very hard for some distraught family member or any other mentally unbalanced individual to climb up on the edge and fling themselves into the waterfall.
Shouldn’t there be some sort of transparent barrier high enough to make it very difficult to commit suicide? I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but it was the first thing I thought when I saw these structures.
I hope it never happens but it looks like something is missing from the design.

Why I’m boycotting 911 10th Anniversary

I decided not to watch any of 911 10th Anniversary for several reasons that are personal to me.
First, I hate how this event has become awash in political correctness.
This country was attacked by Muslims terrorists and the powers that be are doing everything they can not to mention this fact whenever 911 anniversary comes around.
Instead, of remembering the true how and why of what happened on that Tuesday September 11, 2001 as a day of infamy no different than the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, they’ve morphed the event as a “Day of Service” as if it was our fault we were attacked and we need to cosmically make amends.
This is not the proper way to remember those that died at the hands of radical Islamists. Besides the reading of the names of those that died, we have to say why they died and who killed them. We shouldn’t be afraid to say it like it is and like it was for fear of offending Muslims or anybody else as the violins are playing.
We’re acting like a battered wife who thinks it’s somehow her fault that her husband is beating her to a pulp.
The United States suffered an unprovoked attack, it was an act of war by Islamic terrorists whose ideology hates the freedom we have in this country. President Bush captured the proper sentiment hours after the attack when he said, “Freedom was attacked by a cowardly enemy that hides in the shadows, but freedom will be defended.” That’s the reason we went to Afghanistan and Iraq.
These are the terms that should be repeated every 911 along with remembering the self sacrifice of our fireman and police that died that day trying to save lives.
I was there that day. I had to run like hell away from the dust cloud after the first tower fell. I have a tattoo of the burning Twin Towers on my arm with an inscription that says Never Forget 9/11/01, so in my way I will carry the memory of what happened for the rest of my life.
Remembering the “how” and the “who” of the deaths is fine. But pushing aside the “why” and dressing it up as something totally alien from the truth shatters everything else.
