Only about 2 miles down the road…but it was a move none-the-less. I am beginning to think that moving across the country was easier than moving down the road. At least all our things stayed in one place at a time…even though they were disorganized to say the least. The moves in Stehekin tend to last several days or even weeks….making for some difficult mornings when you sleep at one house and wake up to remember your toothbrush is at another. We do love our new house at the landing. It has an awesome front porch and living area. Oh..and the closets..wow! There is so much room in them and there are so many…two of them are still empty! I will get some good photos soon and post them so you can all enjoy it with us! There is an extra bedroom too for anyone that wants to come for a visit!
