Our venture occurred about two weeks ago as we walked around in the snow looking for a Christmas tree. No carts or farm hands this time...it was great! We ended up at the airstrip looking for one about 4 feet tall to fit in the corner on top of a storage box we have in our living area. Nothing was found at first..so we walked into the woods to find one that suited us just fine! We named it Slim....tall...thin....just a few branches. Into the back of the truck it went for a ride down to the road. Just thought I would include a few pictures for everyone to see. Hope you had as much fun decorating your tree as we did. I think Steven's time spent in the kitchen stringing popcorn was a record for the amount of time he has ever spent in the kitchen....unless of course you count time spent eating..which he was doing to ever other piece of popcorn he picked up :-)
