I’m reminded of a story that goes like this:
A man asks a woman, “Would you sleep with me for a million dollars?”
The woman says, “Yeah!”

The woman says, “No, what kind of a woman do you think I’m am?”
The man says, “We’ve already established what kind 0f woman you are. Now, we’re haggling over price!”
It’s been reported that Arnold Schwarzenegger brought his wife a new house every time she caught him in an affair. Now she has her won Kennedy compound.
