The same group of Washington infected GOPers that wanted John McCain as the Republican standard bearer in 2008 because he was “less conservative” are the same culprits begging, pleading, crying for New Jersey Gov Chris Christie to run for president.
These are the poll testing Republicans or otherwise known as “the bluebloods” who have a distaste for true conservatives. They mistakenly believe that true conservatives candidates scare away Independent voters in the general election.
Rick Perry, Herman Cain, Michele Bachma, and Rick Santorum are too conservative for these people and Chris Christie is exactly the kind of Democrat-lite candidate they like.
One problem though. These wishy washy Republicans always loose.
