For as much as it may pain me to admit, Texas Gov Rick Perry is still fumbling in these debates. This is the 3rd time I’ve seen him and he still has a problem with delivering his lines without pausing as he speaks as if he’s trying to find the right words to say. What’s hurts Perry is up against Romney, whose really fluent in answering questions makes Perry look even more fumbling. He just doesn’t look as prepared.
There’s a lot more to running for president than just the debates. However, for people who don’t follow politics as closely, millions of people will make their decision for president on those 3 presidential debates before the election.
Perry has plenty of time to improve. But, if he had to debate Barack Obama next week, forget it. Obama would kill him stylistically. Perry has to improve otherwise Obama will eat his lunch.
